THE LOW-DOWN
Francheska and Justin’s whimsical wedding took place at the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel in mid-November. The couple traveled to Orlando from Quincy, Massachusetts to celebrate their special day with their dearest family members and friends. Our team was honored to be part of their celebration as their Day-of wedding planners!
Although theirs was a destination micro wedding, Francheska and Justin infused their event with plenty of fun personal touches. Both the bride and groom underwent mid-event wardrobe changes, which we thought was a unique thing to do. Francheska wore a stunning floor-length wedding gown with intricate detailing for their ceremony, then changed into a shorter white dress to dance the night away at their reception. Justin wore a traditional black suit and bow tie for the ceremony before changing into a white suit with no tie for their reception. They paired perfectly together for both events!
There were other details that made this whimsical wedding really stand out to us. From the couples’ inclusion of their beloved dog to their choreographed first dance, they personalized every detail! We especially loved how they paired music by Japanese artists with whimsical, movie-themed music for their ceremony, including songs from The Polar Express, Jurassic Park, the Harry Potter franchise, and Puff the Magic Dragon. Everyone loved it!

The couple included their dog, Rhomee, as part of their wedding, and it was so sweet! He was the cutest little ring bearer.

Francheska and Justin gifted their guests key-shaped bottle openers as wedding favors and included personalized letters for each guest. This was such a unique personal touch, and will surely be something their guests will never forget!
