What is the Day-of Wedding Planning experience like?

Our planning partnership will begin around 60 days before your wedding. Based on your preference and availability, we’ll schedule a call or video call to get to know you and clarify expectations regarding your planning experience. Then we’ll get to work!

We’ll ask you to complete a wedding planning worksheet, a tool that will provide us a detailed overview of your event details and will help you identify any services or planning points you might not have addressed yet.

We’ll assist you with booking any last-minute services, either by providing you with suggestions of reliable, licensed, and insured vendors or by booking the services and managing the contracts for you for a small fee.We’ll collect and review all of your contracts, confirm your services and event timing with your vendors, and ensure the venue receives all necessary insurance documents from your vendor team. Then we’ll create a detailed wedding day agenda that we’ll share with you and your vendor team so we’re all on the same page for your event.

And, most importantly, we’ll be there to conduct your rehearsal and manage everything on the wedding day so you can enjoy every single moment of the day you spent so long planning!
