Spring weddings are always a joy, and Rachel and Kevin’s May wedding on the 31st was the perfect blend of elegance, romance, and thoughtful details. This sweet local couple from Davenport brought their vision of a soft, elegant wedding to life at the beautiful Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort—and we were so honored to help make it happen!
The ceremony took place outdoors on the resort’s pool deck, where clear skies and a gentle breeze set the tone for a perfect day. The couple exchanged vows surrounded by friends, family, and lush touches of greenery, bringing their subtle, nature-inspired theme full circle.
Their wedding color palette was a dreamy blend of ivory, sage green, and peach, accented with just the right amount of gold metallics to add a soft shimmer. The combination was fresh, romantic, and so fitting for a May wedding, where spring is in full bloom!
As the sun set and the reception began, the space transformed into a glowing celebration of romance. Twinkle lights sparkled from inside the centerpieces, while floating candles cast a warm, inviting glow across the tables and around the sweetheart table. It was the perfect ambiance for a night filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

What was something about this event that stood out to you?
I absolutely loved their centerpieces at the reception! They incorporated twinkle lights within the floral arrangements, which created such a warm, romantic glow throughout the room. It was such a thoughtful and creative way to add ambiance without being overwhelming! Their sweetheart table was also absolutely stunning, it felt so intimate and magical!
What was something about this event that truly touched you?
The brides aunt was the MC for this wedding and she was amazing! She really took the stage, and I thought it was so special that someone she was close with was able to do that for her.
