Chicago couple Navnita and Raj included many treasured cultural wedding elements in their event at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek. Our team had the pleasure of partnering with the happy couple as their wedding day coordinators. We so enjoyed helping them bring their wedding vision to life!
There were so many cultural wedding elements included in Navnita and Raj’s wedding. From their festive and family filled Mehendi and Sangeet the day before the wedding to the wedding day itself, there was always reason to celebrate. A traditional Dhol player led the Baraat, setting the tone for the forthcoming ceremony. There were also traditional dances throughout the event, and such gorgeous wedding attire!
The grand, elegant décor also reflected the couple’s cultural wedding traditions. They chose bright, bold colors and lots of gold metallics for the Mehendi, Sangeet, and ceremony, and white, blue, and gold for their reception. But the couple also put their own personal touches on their event design. The groom is a big Chicago Bulls fan, for example, so he made sure to showcase that in his Baraat. We thought these elements truly made the day all about them!

I loved that they had family members play instruments during their ceremony! It was a very sweet way to have the family involved.
