On a crisp December evening—Friday the 13th, no less—Samantha and Jason’s moody aesthetic wedding turned superstition into a celebration. With their closest loved ones joining them from Cooper City, FL, this intimate gathering at the Hard Rock Hotel was nothing short of magical.
Samantha looked radiant in a sleeveless lace and tulle ballgown, her violet hair a vibrant contrast against her romantic style dress. Jason brought the edge in a sleek black-on-black ensemble. Their wedding party mirrored the moody vibes flawlessly, with bridesmaids and their officiant dressed in deep jewel tones—burgundy, dark blue, and emerald green—that tied into the couple’s dreamy palette of deep red, purple, blue, and white, accented with seasonal greenery. Adding an extra dose of charm (and tail wags), their adorable Corgi, Cali, made a surprise appearance as the flower girl, prancing down the aisle and melting everyone’s hearts.
From the first note of their Disney-filled ceremony soundtrack to their post-wedding celebration at the Universal theme parks, every element reflected their love story—equal parts heartfelt, fun, and bold. We loved how even their wedding cakes embraced the moody aesthetic, with layers of red and black icing that were as stunning as they were delicious!

Did the couple plan anything special you helped them navigate?
Samantha and Jason wanted to have their portraits taken at Universal Studios after the ceremony, so I coordinated all the details with their vendors to make it happen!
What was something about this event that really stood out to you?
The couple had a black aisle runner at their ceremony, which perfectly matched their moody aesthetic. Their corgi was also featured as the flower girl, which was a crowd favorite!
What was something about this event that truly touched you?
Jason met Samantha halfway up the aisle, breaking tradition in a very sweet way! Their vows were also very emotional. You could feel the love and sincerity in every word they shared!
