Savannah and Pearce’s Colorful Spring Wedding at the Hard Rock Hotel

THE LOW-DOWN

Savannah and Pearce’s colorful spring wedding took place at the Hard Rock Hotel in early May last year. The happy couple traveled to Orlando from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina with their dearest loved ones for their destination micro wedding in Universal Orlando Resort. They had a lovely, sunny day for their outdoor ceremony, which worked out perfectly for everyone!

We thought Savannah and Pearce’s photos by Paige Mercer did an amazing job of capturing the colorful spring wedding vibes the couple wanted. Their florals by Ivy Farms were also beautiful and vibrant, in shades of yellow, orange, and pink. They really popped against the turquoise waters of the lagoon! We also enjoyed how the couple’s guests got into the spirit of their theme, wearing brightly colored clothes and floral print dresses.

It was a pleasure for the Just Marry! team to partner with Savannah and Pearce on their colorful spring wedding at the Hard Rock Hotel! We asked their ceremony coordinator, Jordan, a few questions about their event, and this is what she shared:

How did everything go on the wedding day?

Overall, it went very well! Right before ceremony, though, we realized Savannah’s vow book was still in the getting ready room and it was locked. Thankfully, my assistant, Iva, had the key and ran up from the ceremony site as fast as she could to unlock the room. We still made it on time for the ceremony!

What was something about this event that really stood out to you?

The couple’s recessional song was “Never Say Never” by The Fray, one of their favorite songs. The chorus of “Don’t let me go” felt perfect for the occasion!

What was something about this event that truly touched you?

Pearce really doesn’t like being in photos, but he put on a brave face so his bride could get some lovely shots. They also wrote their own vows for ceremony, which were so sweet.

Where did the couple stay for their wedding?

The bride got ready at the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel and the groom got ready at a Disney hotel.
