Aimee and Aaron held their Orlando garden wedding at the Hard Rock Hotel on the last day of April last year. The happy Oregon couple traveled all the way across the country with their three beloved dogs to celebrate their nuptials. Theirs was a sweet micro wedding, and we were honored to be part of it as their Orlando wedding planners and ceremony coordinators!
We loved how Aimee and Aaron embraced everything about having an Orlando garden wedding. They chose to have their ceremony in the Hard Rock’s romantic Butterfly Garden, which provided such a beautiful backdrop for their photos! The bridal bouquet and groom’s pocket boutonniere were both lush, colorful, and reminiscent of an English garden. They even decorated their dog’s leashes with garden florals! Ending their wedding with a mini-reception on the hotel’s outdoor lawn was the perfect end to a perfect day.

Our team so enjoyed working with Aimee and Aaron on their Orlando garden wedding at the Hard Rock Hotel! We asked their wedding planner, Emylie, a few questions about their event, and this is what she had to say:
Did the couple plan anything special you helped them navigate?
Yes! Aimee and Aaron wanted to have their portraits taken at rope drop at Universal Studios before the wedding. I coordinated with their florist to have their personal florals delivered to them in time for that so they could have them for their photos!
What was something about this event that really stood out to you?
First, that they drove for four days with their dogs from Oregon to get here! They also used the Harry Potter theme song as guests were being seated, and then the bride walked in to “When Ginny Kissed Harry.”
What was something about this event that truly touched you?
Aimee and Aaron included their three dogs as part of their ceremony. It was so nice to see them walk down the aisle and to have them involved in pictures!
