Our Just Marry! team had the best time coordinating every detail, and we are so excited to share this one with you!
McClaine and Anthony welcomed 98 of their favorite people to the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve for a celebration that was every bit as fun and laid back as it was beautiful. The couple exchanged their vows at the Vue Terrace, a gorgeous covered outdoor space with sweeping floor-to-ceiling views of the surrounding Disney landscape that honestly made for the most stunning ceremony backdrop we’ve seen in a while. A lush greenery arch overflowing with white roses and eucalyptus framed the couple perfectly as they said their “I dos,” and the white garden chairs lined up in neat rows with programs resting on each seat set such an elegant, airy tone. After the ceremony, guests moved to the Vue Foyer and Terrace for cocktail hour before heading into the Vue Ballroom for an absolutely unforgettable reception.
Now, let’s talk about the wedding reception game ideas that made this celebration truly one of a kind, because this is where things got really fun! McClaine and Anthony set up a variety of lawn games throughout the cocktail hour and reception spaces, including cornhole, giant Jenga, and mini golf, which holds an extra special meaning for this couple since mini golf was actually their very first date! Watching guests compete, laugh, and celebrate all night long gave the entire event such a warm, relaxed energy that felt less like a traditional wedding reception and more like the world’s best backyard party. No formalities, no announcements, just pure fun from start to finish, exactly the way the couple wanted it.
One of our favorite behind-the-scenes moments of the day was how seamlessly the entire vendor team handled an unexpected rain call before the ceremony. Originally planned for the Crescent Terrace, the ceremony was moved to the covered Vue Terrace without missing a beat, and honestly, the space was so stunning that guests would never have known it wasn’t the original plan. It’s moments like these that remind us why having an experienced coordination team in your corner is so incredibly important!

The Just Marry! team had an absolute blast being a part of McClaine and Anthony’s unforgettable celebration at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve! We asked their Day-of wedding coordinator, Ellis, a few questions about the big day, and here is what she had to share:
What was something about this event that really stood out to you and made it different?
The couple really wanted to keep this day more celebratory and less traditional. So they had lots of fun games set up around their cocktail and reception, photos of their friends and family were all around on each reception table, and they had a slideshow of them going all night on the LED wall too!
What was something you did during the couples’ planning or on their wedding day that “saved the day”?
We had to move the ceremony from Crescent Terrace to Vue Terrace, but we were able to make it happen seamlessly and while still honor the vision McClaine and Anthony had! Vue Terrace is still outside, but it is covered. The entire vendor and venue team worked together to create a perfect ceremony for the couple, even though a rain call was made.
