Stephanie and Marissa’s January wedding was an unforgettable celebration filled with love, laughter, and wedding fireworks that wowed every guest! Traveling from New York, this sweet couple chose the stunning Crescent Terrace for their ceremony and the WDW Swan Reserve for their reception. We so loved helping them bring their vision to life as their day-of coordinators!
Their ceremony showcased forest green, white, and silver as the main colors, with a lush greenery arch adorned with white roses as the focal point. Guests were charmed by the dark green Mickey pomanders adorning the chairs, adding a whimsical Disney touch. This Christian ceremony beautifully incorporated Indian heritage with a special prayer ceremony, creating a deeply personal and inclusive celebration.
At their reception, Stephanie and Marissa wowed guests with unique experiences. We especially loved the henna artist, which added a cultural and creative touch. A cannoli cart provided sweet indulgence, and Mickey and Donald even made a special appearance! One of our favorite moments was when guests were treated to a surprise performance by Dhol drummers, bringing vibrant energy to the room. The celebration was elevated further with the Swan Reserve’s incredible views, offering a front-row experience of the Epcot fireworks display that delighted everyone in attendance.
The fun didn’t stop there! Stephanie and Marissa hosted an additional night at Epcot for their guests, giving them an up-close view of the fireworks while enjoying drinks, creating a magical extended celebration that everyone will remember for years to come.

What was something about this event that really stood out to you?
I loved how beautifully the couple blended their backgrounds! They had a Christian ceremony but added meaningful touches from Marissa’s Indian heritage, including traditional-inspired attire and a special prayer ceremony. It was so personal and heartfelt. Every detail felt like a true reflection of them!
What modern or trendy elements did the couple include?
This couple added so many fun and meaningful touches to their day! The Cannoli Cart was an absolute must for this New Yorker duo, and it was such a hit with everyone. They also brought in a henna artist, which added such a beautiful and personal touch to the celebration. It was the perfect blend of their backgrounds and personalities, making the day feel so uniquely them!
