Kelly and Tim’s June celebration at Loew’s Royal Pacific Resort was filled with bold color, heartfelt moments, and the perfect tropical touches, including a stunning tropical wedding bouquet that set the tone for the day. The Florida natives, now living in Boston, celebrate their special day in the gorgeous Pacifica Ballroom for their special day, creating the perfect mix of elegance and island-inspired fun for their 90 guests.
The couple chose aqua blue as their main wedding color, accented with bright, tropical hues that tied beautifully into their beachy theme. From the décor to the attire, every detail reflected the couple’s vibrant personalities. Tim added a playful pop of color to his gray suit with a bold purple vest, a choice that worked perfectly alongside the tropical palette. Kelly carried a gorgeous tropical wedding bouquet, which was the perfect accessory to her radiant bridal look.
Their ceremony was filled with emotion and personal touches. One of the sweetest moments was when Kelly’s son proudly walked her down the aisle. Kelly and Tim also exchanged handwritten vows, bringing laughter, tears, and so much joy to everyone in attendance.
The reception was just as fun and memorable! Guests were entertained by a talented caricaturist team, who created keepsakes that had everyone smiling all night long. The couple’s wedding cake was topped with a whimsical Disney’s Up topper, a sweet nod to their playful side and a symbol of their new adventure together.

The Just Marry! Team was delighted to help showcase the gorgeous tropical wedding bouquet at Kelly and Tim’s Loews Royal Pacific Resort wedding! We asked the couple’s wedding planner, Karen, some questions about the event, and here is what she shared:
Tell us about any planning “pain points” you helped address for the clients.
Because it ended up being unbearably hot on the day of the rehearsal (with more hot temps predicted for the following day), the couple requested that we pull the event indoors. I worked with Amanda Brazzel, the couple’s catering manager with the hotel, to make this happen, and everyone agreed that it was the right choice!
What was something about this event that really stood out to you?
Kelly pulled me aside during the wedding to say that she really wanted to be sure that one of her bridesmaids got her bouquet and that the bridesmaid’s boyfriend got the garter because their relationship had reached that point, and she wanted to acknowledge that. We made the plan that when it came time for the bouquet toss, she would instead take the microphone and make the announcement that they were breaking from tradition and gifting the bouquet and garter to the other couple. Everyone LOVED this…especially the couple who received them!
