Jacksonville couple Sydney and Ty chose a fitting tropical beach theme for their wedding at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort in late March last year. The happy couple traveled here to Orlando with their closest family members and friends for their spring destination wedding. Our team so enjoyed being part of their special day as their Day-of wedding coordinator!

There were so many fun elements included in Sydney and Ty’s tropical beach theme! From their ceremony on the Royal Pacific’s white sand beach to the palm fronds and bamboo accenting their floral and décor, there was something tropical everywhere you looked. We thought their ocean blue, white, and green wedding color scheme was perfect for a beach wedding, and they brought it out in their attendants’ attire, the leis they provided their guests, and their signage and décor. They even offered their guests sunglasses, fans, and hydration packets, which we thought was so thoughtful! Our favorite detail, though? The little umbrellas for their cocktails, of course!

How did the planning go with the couple?

It went so smoothly! Sydney was really on top of things and so organized. She made my job easy!

What was something about this event that really stood out to you?

I loved the unique entertainment they chose. The fire dancers and steel drummer were great entertainment, and so fitting for their tropical beach theme!

What was something about this event that truly touched you?

Seeing the love Sydney and Ty had for each other was such a great experience. Their vows were so touching! It was clear they were thrilled to become husband and wife.
