THE LOW-DOWN
Randi and David embraced their love for all things Disney and sci-fi with their unforgettable Stars Wars wedding at the WDW Swan Reserve last October. Surrounded by 72 of their closest friends and family, their day was a perfect mix of elegance, personality, and playful touches. We absolutely loved how they wove their passions into every detail, and our team was thrilled to help them bring their vision to life as their day-of coordinators!
Their wedding colors of gray, silver, white, and purple gave the day an elegant and modern feel, while the Star Wars and Disney touches added a playful twist. Their ring bearer, “Chopper” from Star Wars, sported an adorable bowtie, and Randi even rocked Star Wars–themed sneakers under her dress for a fun and personal touch. The couple created and hand-painted all of their centerpieces, along with custom Lego figures for each guest’s place card. They even surprised each vendor with a personalized Lego version of themselves, a thoughtful gesture that made us feel so appreciated!
The celebration was filled with surprises that wowed their guests. One highlight was their custom matcha wedding cake, a unique and delicious twist that had everyone talking. Guests were also treated to an incredible Lion dancer performance during the reception, with vibrant music and mesmerizing choreography that left the room buzzing with excitement.

What was something about this event that really stood out to you?
The ring bearer was Chopper, from Star Wars, which made for such a fun surprise for the guests! Everyone loved taking pictures with him following the ceremony, and Randi and David were just so happy to include this fun Star Wars element to their day!
What fun traditions did the couple celebrate?
The couple had Lion dancers as part of their reception. The dancers came in and did a performance for the couple, and their guests were in awe of the music and dancing!
