THE LOW-DOWN
Sydney and Mario’s September celebration at Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort was such a joyful day, and we loved how they incorporated a subtle Frozen wedding theme into their design! Held on the upper pool deck, their wedding combined soft elegance with playful details that truly reflected the couple’s fun personalities.
The icy blue accents throughout their décor tied everything together beautifully. Flowing blue sashes lined the aisle chairs for their ceremony, their maid of honor wore a stunning blue gown, and even the kids were delighted to find an Olaf plush waiting for them on their reception seats. At their sweetheart table, a draped blue sparkly material brought the Frozen inspiration to life, while two tall white vases filled with pampas grass added a chic, modern touch.
Their reception was full of laughter and fun, especially since the couple’s DJ was a close family friend. It was such a sweet and personal detail that made the evening feel even more meaningful. As the night came to a close, Sydney and Mario enjoyed an unforgettable moment together watching fireworks from the balcony, the perfect ending to a day filled with love and celebration.

What was something about this event that stood out to you?
I loved doing a wedding up in Horizon, as there was a more direct shot to watch the fireworks. I also was so impressed by the DIY décor!
What was something about this event that truly touched you?
The bride, Sydney had us all in tears when she made a speech. At the end of her speech, she had a song played that her mom used to sing to her as a kid. They both broke down in tears and it was such a special moment.
