The Just Marry! team had the pleasure of working with Megan and Max on their stunning fairytale wedding at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in mid-October. From the moment the bride arrived at the ceremony in Cinderella’s carriage until the night sky lit up with fireworks, the wedding guests were transported into a real Disney romance. It was truly an event to remember!

Megan and Max included so many incredible Disney elements in their fairytale wedding design. It’s hard to know where to begin mentioning our favorites! Their seating assignments were displayed in a fairytale book and their table numbers were shaped like Cinderella’s castle. They had a bar sign reading, “Bibbidi, Bobbidi, Booze” and their cocktail napkins read, “Cheers to Love, Laugher, and Happily Ever After.” Their wedding cake was topped with a Cinderella’s castle topper and featured blue Mickey decorations. And they included a red rose encased in glass with a sign reading, “Welcome to Our Happily Ever After.”

Even the couple’s beautiful wedding color scheme of soft blue, soft purple, gray, and white brought out their romantic fairytale wedding theme. For example, the bridesmaids wore pale “Cinderella” blue dresses. They were the perfect complement to Megan, who looked just like a princess in her gorgeous wedding dress, sparkling tiara, and “glass slippers!”

What really made this a fairytale wedding, though, was that it also honored the couple’s religious traditions in thoughtful, meaningful ways. They broke the glass during the ceremony, the men wore yarmulkes as part of the ceremony celebration, and they did the hora during the reception dances. We loved seeing these memorable moments just as much as all the elegant details!
