THE LOW-DOWN
When it comes to blending modern romance with elegant wedding decor, Ashley and Stephen’s wedding on a warm spring afternoon was a picture-perfect example. From a heartfelt church ceremony to a stunning reception at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, their day was filled with love, laughter, and plenty of stylish inspiration.
Ashley walked down the aisle in a breathtaking gown featuring a stunning lace train, while Stephen kept things classic in a sharp black tux and matching bow tie—style goals all around!
After the ceremony, guests were welcomed to the Vue Foyer and Terrace at the Swan Reserve for cocktail hour. One of our favorite details was a champagne wall that doubled as the escort card display. Each glass came with a personalized token noting the guest’s name, table number, and meal choice, and the tokens even matched the chic drink stirrers at the bar! Another personal detail we loved was their guest book—a hand-painted portrait of the church where they said “I do.” Guests signed their names around the artwork, creating a keepsake the couple will treasure forever.
The celebration continued in the Vue Ballroom, where the couple’s modern wedding vision truly came to life. The reception space was a dream filled with elegant wedding decor in a palette of white, blue, and champagne. Tall glass centerpieces overflowing with white florals and subtle pink accents added a romantic, upscale feel to the entire room.

What was something you did during the couples’ planning or on their wedding day that “saved the day”?
Just before walking down the aisle, the bride started getting painful blisters on her feet, so I quickly stepped in with some band-aids to help ease the discomfort and get her through the ceremony comfortably!
What was something about this event that truly touched you?
The couple had been friends for years, so when the grooms brother made a toast, he talked about what it was like growing up with the two and how they fell in love.
