THE LOW-DOWN
With July bringing plenty of Florida sunshine and soaring temperatures, we thought there was no better time to cool things down with a little Christmas in July inspiration! Cassandra and Tyler’s December Cinderella-inspired wedding at the Walt Disney World Swan Resort was filled with subtle holiday touches, timeless romance, and fairytale details that made their wedding day feel truly magical. Our team had the pleasure of helping bring their vision to life, and we’re still swooning over every thoughtful detail.
The New Jersey couple chose Crescent Terrace for their intimate ceremony, where they exchanged vows surrounded by their closest family and friends. One of the first things that caught our eye was the breathtaking floral ceremony arch overflowing with soft blush, dusty blue, ivory, and greenery. The romantic design perfectly complemented the waterfront setting and created a picture-perfect backdrop for the couple’s heartfelt ceremony.
As Disney fans ourselves, we couldn’t help but notice the subtle details woven throughout this beautiful Cinderella-inspired wedding. Tyler looked incredibly handsome in a blue suit paired with a coordinating blue tie, a lovely nod to Prince Charming without feeling over-the-top. Cassandra looked absolutely stunning in her romantic lace wedding gown, complete with delicate detailing that felt straight out of a fairytale. She even wore blue shoes beneath her gown, giving a sweet wink to Cinderella’s iconic look while still making it entirely her own.
One of our favorite details from the day was the couple’s wedding cake. The elegant design featured soft blue ribbons cascading down each tier, while a charming cake topper showcased Cinderella and Prince Charming sharing their first dance. We couldn’t help but smile when we later watched Cassandra and Tyler dancing together at their reception; it truly felt like the cake had predicted the perfect ending to their fairytale!
Another unforgettable element of the ceremony was the live wedding painter. As the couple exchanged vows beneath their gorgeous floral arch on Crescent Terrace, an artist beautifully captured the moment on canvas in real time. Not only was it such a unique experience for guests to watch throughout the ceremony, but it also gave the couple an heirloom piece of artwork they’ll treasure for years to come.
As the evening came to a close, the couple celebrated with one final fairytale moment—a staged horse and carriage exit down Crescent Terrace that looked like it came straight from a Disney movie. Set to Happily Ever After, Cassandra and Tyler ran hand-in-hand toward their waiting carriage, creating one of the most magical photo opportunities of the entire day. It was the perfect ending to their unforgettable celebration!

The Just Marry! team absolutely loved helping Cassandra and Tyler bring their Cinderella-Inspired wedding to life at the WDW Swan and Dolphin Resort! We asked their coordinator, Mairead, to share some of her favorite details from the big day, and this is what she shared:
What was something about the wedding day that evoked emotion in you, the clients, and/or their guests?
When the wedding party was lined up before ceremony, Tyler quickly ran to the back of the line to tell Cassie he loved her. It was so unexpected, but it was the most precious, special moment! He also kissed her hand during the unity ceremony. Seeing how much Tyler cared for Cassie was so sweet!
During the father/daughter dance, Cassie also invited her two other sisters up to join them, so her dad was able to dance with all three of his girls at the same time.
What modern or trendy elements did the couple include?
They had a horse and carriage and did a staged exit with it! We played Happily Ever After and they ran down the long aisle, right into the carriage. It was picture perfect.
