THE LOW-DOWN
Kirsten and Antonio took months curating custom Beauty and the Beast décor for their Orlando wedding. Our team had the honor of working with them as their reception coordinators at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek. The couple ventured here to Orlando from south Florida with their closest family members and friends for their destination wedding. They held their ceremony at a local church before transitioning to the resort to celebrate their nuptials.
There were so many fun ways Kirsten and Antonio brought out their Beauty and the Beast wedding theme. The beautiful bride wore a shawl that resembled Belle’s winter dress from Beauty in the Beast and her groom wore a blue suit with a red tie and red rose boutonniere that was also perfectly on theme. Their wedding color scheme of red, blush, and deep pink also captured the romance of this Disney classic.
Some of the other Beauty and the Beast décor we loved included their custom centerpieces that featured books, teapots, roses encased with twinkle lights, a clock, and candelabras. They even encouraged their guests to take elements home with them to enjoy! They also had a “Be Our Guest” table for the guests’ escort cards, hand-decorated picture frames featuring their photos, intricate gold charger plates, and napkins shaped like roses. It all came together in a fairytale design we’ll never forget!

WHAT WE LOVED
The Just Marry! team so enjoyed helping Kirsten and Antonio showcase all of their Beauty and the Beast décor at their Wyndham reception! We asked their reception coordinator, Krista, some questions about the big day, and this is what she shared:
What was something about this event that stood out to you?
Yes, all of her themed Beauty and the Beast décor! Kirsten spent nine months collecting all the little décor pieces from local vintage stores. There were around 50 hand-picked items spread throughout the room, from beautiful vintage books, cake stands, and candle sticks to small figurines and at least 10 teacups and teapots!
What was something about this event that truly touched you?
Kirsten’s first dance with her father was so great. They started off slow dancing to “Butterfly Kisses” and then rocked out to “Sweet Child o’ Mine.” They were playing air guitar and having a blast!
What other modern or trendy elements did the couple include?
Kirsten had a dress change right after dinner. She came out in a custom made bright pink dress! Kirsten and Antonio then surprised their guests with a fun dance.
