Claudia and Tobie held their Universal Studios wedding at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort in mid-August last year. Theirs was a sweet micro wedding with their dearest loved ones in attendance. It was an honor for our team to be part of it as their wedding coordinators!
We thought this couple’s wedding color scheme of white, rosy pink, and gold was so classic and elegant! Even though their wedding was pulled inside on account of the weather, their floral and décor looked beautiful and truly enhanced their wedding photos. Claudia brought her own floral and décor, making it a lovely personal touch!
There were plenty of Harry Potter elements included in Claudia and Tobie’s Universal Studios wedding design, too. We loved their “Always” cake topper and centerpieces, as well as their Hufflepuff themed card box. The bride even wore a Time Turner! The perfect topper to the day was the couple’s photo shoot in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

Did the couple have any specific requests you helped them with during their planning?
Yes! Claudia really wanted photos inside Universal Studios, especially around The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. I assisted her in booking the perfect photographer, and she was able to get the perfect shots…with Butterbeer included!
What was something about this event that really stood out to you?
I loved that the couples’ wedding favors were a custom deck of cards with their names on it! Claudia and Tobie also had their wedding party walk down the aisle to Smash Mouth’s “All Star,” which was so much fun.
What was something about this event that truly touched you?
Claudia included photos from her late mom and dad’s wedding displayed on her memorial table. The photos were truly stunning, and this was such a nice personal touch.
