Florida couple Tanaz and Patrick held their beautiful luxury wedding at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes in late December last year. The happy couple traveled to Orlando from the Miami area to celebrate their special day with nearly 200 of their dearest loved ones. Our team was thrilled to partner with them on their planning as their Day-of wedding coordinators!
Tanaz and Patrick exchanged their vows on the resort’s stunning Da Vinci lawn. The fountain made a lovely focal point behind their ceremony altar area. We thought the lush florals and decorated riser gave the ceremony such a luxury wedding feel. It looked incredible in their wedding photos! The personalized white and gold signage was another sophisticated touch.
We thought the couple’s blush and white wedding color scheme with accents of lavender and greenery worked very well for their outdoor ceremony and ballroom reception. The lighting provided by Fyerfly Productions also enhanced the space and made a nice visual impact. It even changed colors throughout the event!
Some of the other luxury wedding elements that we loved included their four-tiered wedding cake with florals between each tier, the abundance of candles throughout the reception space, the gold Chiavari chairs and other gold accents throughout the décor, and the chocolates in eye-catching gold and crystal lidded jars they gifted their guests.

What was something about this event that really stood out to you?
Tanaz and Patrick included a special kids dance after they danced with their parents. I thought this was such a sweet and unique touch, and something the kids will always treasure!
What modern or trendy elements did the couple include?
One of the modern details that really caught my eye was the custom monogram Tanaz and Patrick had designed. It was such an elegant design! They included it on their signage and their white dance floor. They also had a “last song” played to end the reception, which is something we’re seeing more and more couples include. They chose “One More Time” by Daftpunk and it filled the dance floor.
What was the couple’s choice for their first dance song?
“Until I Found You” by Stephen Sanchez.
