THE LOW-DOWN
Indian Bridal Wear always brings such beauty and meaning to a wedding day, and Ramsha and Derick’s intimate September celebration at Loews Royal Pacific was a perfect example of how powerful a thoughtfully planned micro wedding can be.
The couple, who traveled in from Texas, exchanged vows at Pacifica Beach with the sound of the water nearby and their closest family and friends surrounding them. Their ceremony was intentionally simple and heartfelt, allowing the focus to remain on their commitment to one another. Auneeb, a family friend, officiated the ceremony, which made the moment feel even more personal and meaningful!
Ramsha truly stole the show in her stunning blue South Asian bridal look, featuring intricate gold sparkle details that caught the light beautifully. Derick complemented her perfectly in traditional black South Asian attire, creating a striking and elegant contrast. We absolutely loved how their Indian Bridal Wear honored cultural tradition while fitting seamlessly into the relaxed, tropical beach setting.
One of the most touching moments of the ceremony was when Ramsha and Derick signed their marriage certificate in front of their loved ones, inviting everyone to witness such an important part of their union. Ramsha also took a moment to thank their guests during the ceremony, which added such a warm, heartfelt touch. Afterward, guests were treated to thoughtful gift bags, a sweet way for the couple to express their gratitude for the love and support they received.

WHAT WE LOVED
The Just Marry! Team was delighted to help Ramsha and Derick celebrate their micro wedding at Loews Royal Pacific Resort! We asked the couple’s wedding planner, Emylie, some questions about the event, and here is what she shared:
What was something about this event that really stood out to you and made it different?
They signed their marriage license during the ceremony so everyone could witness. It is part of their culture/religion’s ceremonies, but I loved that element, and think more couples should incorporate it into their own ceremonies!
What was something you did during the couples’ planning or on their wedding day that “saved the day”?
Definitely having safety pins on hand saved the day — they came in clutch for keeping her dress secure and comfortable! We also had a big group of family to work with for photos, so there was a lot of gently corralling everyone and making sure no one wandered off at the wrong time. It was one of those moments where being prepared and keeping things light and organized made all the difference!
