Some weddings are full of grand details and extravagant décor—but sometimes, the most unforgettable moments come from keeping things simple, intentional, and full of heart. That’s exactly what Toni and Eric envisioned for their October 22nd minimalist wedding at Paddlefish Disney Springs, and we were so honored to help bring their vision to life as their micro wedding planners!
Set against panoramic views of the water and Disney Springs’ lively atmosphere, the rooftop ceremony felt cozy, stylish, and full of character. Rather than investing in elaborate décor, Toni and Eric let the venue and its vibrant backdrop speak for itself—true to their minimalist wedding approach.
The floral design was a reflection of their whimsical style—an organic wildflower aesthetic bursting with color reds, purples, yellows, and oranges mingled with greenery. Toni looked absolutely radiant in a lace and tulle ballgown with a flattering V neckline and a charming bow at the back. Eric’s charcoal gray suit paired with a purple bow tie was both trendy and timeless, perfectly complementing the fall tones in their florals. One of our favorite details was the pink Magic Band Toni wore on her wrist, a subtle nod to the Disney magic that brought them here.

The Just Marry! Team loved helping Toni and Eric bring their minimalist wedding to life at Paddlefish Disney Springs! We asked the couple’s wedding planner, Jordan, a couple of questions about the event, and here is what she shared:
What was something about this event that really stood out to you?
The couple, both passionate music teachers, first met at school, where their shared love for music brought them together. Having both been married previously, they wanted a wedding that was simple, intimate, and focused on what truly mattered – celebrating their love surrounded by the people who mean the most to them. Their dream was to keep things easy-going, so they chose a morning ceremony in the parks, where they could exchange vows in a serene setting, followed by quality time with their closest family and friends. It was the perfect blend of meaningful moments and a laid-back celebration of their new chapter together!
What was something about this wedding that truly touched you?
A particularly emotional moment came during the ceremony when Nicolette, the mother of the bride, escorted her daughter down the aisle. The peaceful setting and the bride’s and Groom’s heartfelt vows created a deeply intimate atmosphere, bringing tears to the eyes of many guests. It was clear how meaningful this day was, not just for the couple, but for their loved ones as well, making the ceremony a truly unforgettable moment.
