Alyssa and Gino’s Orlando Museum Wedding at the Maitland Art & History Museum

If you’re dreaming of an Orlando museum wedding that feels equal parts romantic, elegant, and completely one of a kind, Alyssa and Gino’s November celebration at the Maitland Art and History Museum is about to give you all the inspiration you need. With stunning outdoor spaces, intricate stonework architecture, lush greenery, and a warm, relaxed Florida charm woven throughout the day, this wedding was truly something special. Alyssa and Gino welcomed 69 of their closest family and friends to the Maitland Art and History Museum for an elegant garden celebration set across three beautiful spaces on the property. The couple exchanged their vows in the Main Garden, a breathtaking outdoor ceremony space framed by the museum’s distinctive white stone architecture and lush surrounding greenery. The altar was flanked by two oversized white floral arrangements, overflowing with white roses, ranunculus, eucalyptus, and trailing greenery that perfectly complemented the venue’s natural beauty. Alyssa looked absolutely stunning in her ivory strapless bridal gown with a cathedral-length veil, and Gino was every bit as handsome in his classic black tuxedo with a white rose boutonniere. After the ceremony, guests transitioned to the charming Mayan Courtyard for cocktail hour before making their way to the Rotary Event Plaza Tent for an incredible reception.

One of the things we love most about this Orlando museum wedding is how seamlessly the venue’s architecture and natural surroundings became part of the décor. The ornate carved stone walls, moss-draped oak trees, and tropical plantings gave every photo a timeless, editorial quality that no ballroom could replicate. The couple’s wedding color palette of soft neutrals with greenery accents was a perfect match for the setting, and the florals tied it all together beautifully. The first look between Alyssa and Gino in the museum’s stunning garden courtyard, with the towering carved stone cross as their backdrop, is one of those photos that truly takes your breath away.

The reception under the tent was an absolute blast from start to finish! Guests enjoyed incredible BBQ, sipped on signature margaritas crafted for both the bride and groom, and helped themselves to a full cigar lounge set up outside for those who wanted to step away from the dance floor for a bit. Disposable cameras on every table meant candid memories were being captured all night long, and when the glow sticks came out later in the evening, the party truly shifted into high gear. The final song of the night was “We Are Family,” and honestly, it couldn’t have been more fitting. The room was full of so much love, laughter, and joy that it felt exactly like that.
