THE LOW-DOWN
This sweet Brooklyn couple traveled to Florida to say “I do” in November of last year at the stunning Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress’s Cypress Pointe. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, Savannah and Josh brought their neutral wedding color vision to life with a romantic outdoor ceremony and a lively reception to follow. Our team was so honored to be part of their day and help everything come together seamlessly!
Savannah and Josh chose a palette of neutral wedding colors that perfectly complemented the natural beauty of Cypress Pointe. Soft whites and subtle tones created a clean, classic look that felt both elevated and effortlessly romantic. Savannah looked stunning in her strapless gown featuring a lace-up back bodice, while Josh kept things timeless in a black suit paired with a crisp white boutonniere and bowtie.
One of the most magical moments of the day was their ceremony, which took place during golden hour. The lighting could not have been more perfect, casting a warm glow over the couple as they exchanged vows. The aisle was lined with all-white floral arrangements, enhancing the elegance of their neutral wedding colors and blending beautifully with the soft, airy feel of the tented setting.
Following the ceremony, guests made their way to the reception where the celebration truly came to life. Savannah and Josh treated their loved ones to an evening filled with music, laughter, and nonstop dancing thanks to an upbeat live band. There’s something so special about live music at a wedding, and it brought such an incredible energy to the night that kept the dance floor full from start to finish.

What was something about the wedding day that evoked emotion in you, the clients, and/or their guests?
I loved seeing how close the groom was to his parents, especially his mom. Throughout the planning, the rehearsal and the wedding day, I saw how much Josh truly cared for them both. He had an amazing relationship with them, which is always nice to see! He also absolutely adores his wife, Savannah, and loves her so deeply.
What modern or trendy elements did the couple include?
They had a huge LED screen behind the band that mirrored such fun angles of the band during their performance! The guests loved that, in addition to having such an up-beat band.
What was the couple’s first dance song?
“I Will Follow You Into The Dark” by Death Cab For Cutie.
