THE LOW-DOWN
Our team had the pleasure of working with Nicole and Corey on their gold and ivory wedding at St. James Cathedral and the Hyatt Regency Orlando this April. Just Marry! Event Manager, Heather Roman, assisted the happy couple primarily with their reception planning and coordination. She had so much fun getting to know them and being a source of guidance and support throughout their planning! Everything came together just as the couple wanted on the big day.
Following Nicole and Corey’s church ceremony at St. James Cathedral, they transitioned with their guests to the Hyatt Regency Orlando for their grand and elegant ballroom reception. Their gold and ivory wedding color scheme looked stunning against the backdrop of the Florida Ballroom! We thought their design choices, such as their minimalist wedding cake and their monogrammed light Gobo, also enhanced the overall look and feel of their event.
Some of the other elements we loved about this wedding were the fun dessert table they had covered with multi-colored macarons and other mini sweet treats, their eclectic and beautiful centerpieces, and the airplane bottle openers they gave their guests as wedding favors. Corey is a pilot, so these favors with the words “Flight to Forever” couldn’t have been more perfect! Their guests all commented on what a fun touch this was.
