Feature Friday: Wedding Cakes

Our company president, Susan Southerland, is hard at work on another e-book, and this one is on wedding cakes. We decided to use that as inspiration for this week’s Feature Friday. After all, who doesn’t love looking at (and eating) wedding cakes?

There are many different styles of wedding cake: stacked tiers, separated tiers, buttercream, fondant, ganache, filled or unfilled, cupcake cakes, crockencouches, and even donut cakes. The sky is really the limit! We love when couples choose something that really suits their taste and personality.

One thing couples should keep in mind about their wedding cake, though, is that regardless of what style you choose, it’s generally a focal point for your reception. So you’ll want to make sure you think it’s worthy of the attention it’ll get! Here are a few cakes from some of the weddings we’ve worked that we loved: cakes
