Disney Springs Wedding | The Paddlefish Wedding of Erica and Mark
Erica and Mark held their Disney Springs wedding at Paddlefish earlier this year in mid-January. This happy Massachusetts couple went with a vintage storybook fairy tale theme that we just loved! Their moody and romantic color palette of burgundy and dark blue worked beautifully for their winter evening event.
We thought Erica looked like a true princess in her gorgeous ballgown and sparkling tiara! We also enjoyed Mark’s decision to wearing a full black suit while his groomsmen wore only vests. Such a great way to stand apart while looking cohesive together!

Most emotional moment
Once I fluffed Erica’s dress and helped hold the doors open for her entrance, I heard the smallest gasp as she first looked upon her future husband standing at the altar. The tears soon started to flow as she walked toward her future while their closest family and friends watched.

Most surprising moment
Erica was staying and getting ready at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort. Little did I know, Saratoga Springs was right across the lake in full view of Paddlefish! I had to make a quick decision and turn Mark away from the windows as I saw Erica and her bridal party walking through Saratoga Springs to Disney Springs. Both Mark and Erica laughed as I explained to them later in the evening why I had to shut the blinds to their reception space!

Another detail I wanted to share
The couple had gorgeous flowers from Raining Roses topping the pedestals at their ceremony site, but the boutonnieres and bouquets were all handmade.
