THE LOW-DOWN
The Swan wedding of Sabrina and Geraldo (Jay) took place on a lovely late-winter day in early March. This fun couple traveled to Orlando from Brooklyn, New York to celebrate with their closest family members and friends. We so enjoyed helping them bring all their plans together on the big day!
We love how Sabrina and Jay brought out their personalities as well as their love of Disney in their wedding details. From their adorable Mickey and Minnie cake topper to their creative DIY centerpieces, there were personal touches to see everywhere throughout their event. It was a day we’re sure they and their guests won’t ever forget!

It was a pleasure for our team to work with Sabrina and Geraldo on their spectacular Swan wedding! Here is what their Just Marry! wedding planner, Leanna, shared with us about their event:

Favorite detail
The centerpieces! They were handmade by the bride and her mother. They included a ring of flowers at the base with a rose gold metal heart exploding from the base displaying a glass globe with a Disney character scene in each. The metal heart was wrapped in fairy lights to create a warm feel. They were truly amazing and so well done!

Most emotional moment
The entire day! The groom was in tears many times throughout the day, from the vows at the ceremony (which had everyone in tears) to the mother-son dance at the reception. The bride was barely holding it together herself (for the sake of not ruining her makeup!)

A unique element I loved
The groom is a musical artist in New York, and he just released his first album this year! One of his songs is dedicated to his bride. For his speech at the reception, he recited the song as a poem. It was so passionate, special, and truly unique!
