Laura and Billy didn’t choose just any Winter Park wedding venue for their mid-October wedding. They chose West Meadow Park, a place that hadn’t ever hosted a wedding before. Their tented lawn event proved to be one of the most elaborate—and memorable—of the year for the Just Marry! team!
There were so many elements to love about this Winter Park wedding. The couple went with a color scheme of white and champagne accented with blush and fresh greenery. It turned out to be an elegant and inspirational choice! Their photos turned out simply stunning!

- Favorite detail
Laura’s bouquet was so unique and positively stunning! I adored all the portraits of her and her bouquet. You could see how happy she was to be marrying the love of her life, and she looked absolutely radiant!
- A nontraditional choice made by the couple
The choice of West Meadow Park as Laura and Billy’s Winter Park wedding venue was so unique. Their wedding was the very first one to take place there! We worked so hard with Laura and Billy to make their wedding vision come true. On the second load-in day, it poured all day, and just before cocktail hour on the wedding day, the sun started shining. The weather was absolutely gorgeous! A great turnaround by Mother Nature for such a fantastic couple!
- Most surprising moment
At the end of the evening, the couple ran through their guests holding sparklers, and took off on their golf cart complete with a “Just Married” sign. It made for the perfect exit. Everyone loved it!
- Fave part of the planning process with the clients
This couple stayed so positive throughout all of their planning. Rain or shine, they knew they’d have the perfect day, and it truly came together for them! I found myself working so hard to ensure the day was everything they wanted and more. Laura and Billy will always have a special place in my heart, and I will never forget their stunning event!
- Another unique element I loved
Laura and Billy had a donut wall and choux pastries. This might have been one of my favorite elements. Everyone was running for the dessert table – so fun!
