Most of us have experienced the struggle of trying to figure out wedding gifts for couples who have everything. With many of today’s couples combining two households, there is little they need by the time they get married. It can be a real challenge to figure out what to get them!
Quite often, guests think they need to buy traditional wedding gifts, but this doesn’t have to be the case. There are so many thoughtful and meaningful gifts you can give couples that they will love. Read on as I share some of my favorite wedding gifts for couples who have everything!
5 WEDDING GIFTS FOR COUPLES WHO HAVE EVERYTHING
#1 – Hosting their parties
One of my favorite gifts for couples who have everything is hosting one of the special parties planned during their engagement, such as their engagement party or a bridal shower. When couples are newly engaged, they want to enjoy that time and soak in every minute. After that, the wedding planning begins! To make things easier for them, offer to help organize and/or host one of their celebrations. This gift will help tremendously and allow them to cross off one more thing on their to-do list!
#2 – A couples massage
It’s no secret that wedding planning can get overwhelming. What better way to relax than getting a massage? There are so many benefits to massages, such as reducing muscle tension and stress hormones. This is the perfect gift for engaged couples to unwind while also spending time together.
#3 – Paying for one of their wedding services
Something that may not pop into your mind when thinking of wedding gifts for couples who have everything is paying for (or contributing to) one of their wedding services. This is such a meaningful gift since some services can get quite expensive. If you know of a wedding service that is special to the couple but just out of their budget, I highly suggest this gift idea!
BONUS TIP: Are you a wedding vendor? Consider offering your services as your gift to the couple!
#4 – Contributing to their honeymoon fund
When choosing wedding gifts for couples who have everything, consider contributing to their honeymoon fund! If you look on their wedding website, they may have an option where you can do this. Honeymoons aren’t cheap, and after spending money on the wedding, any couple would greatly appreciate this generous gift!
#5 – A date night subscription box or adventure book
I absolutely love the gift idea of a date night subscription box! Wedding planning can sometimes interfere with the time couples typically spend together. By gifting the couple a date night subscription box, you can encourage them to go out and try something new together.
Another great gift is getting them something like Adventures from Scratch: Couples Edition, a fun date night book. I own this book myself, and I could not recommend it enough! This book gives you scratch-off date nights to do with your significant other. Until you scratch off the date night, the only hints you get are the symbols next to the date. It is a great way to turn an average date into an adventure!
