How far in advance should I book?

As proposal planners, we know that proposals can sometimes be spontaneous. While we can handle booking in just about any timeframe, usually 30-60 days’ notice allows us the perfect amount of time to prepare and customize your Orlando proposal package (or a package anywhere you choose!) We’re happy to start planning with you earlier, too.

What is the best season for a proposal?

There’s room for love in every season! We love planning proposals during any time of year, but we find they’re most popular around the holidays and in cooler-weather months ranging from November to April, especially if they take place outdoors.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance on your inclusive package will be due 45 days prior to your ceremony. We prefer wire transfers or personal checks as payment, but also accept major credit cards.

What is the proposal planning process?

Once you share your contact information with us, one of our proposal planners will reach out (discreetly!) to see if you are able to chat so they can set up a time to learn more about your vision. If email is safer for keeping your proposal planning a surprise, we can certainly plan that way, too! Once you officially partner with us, we’ll work with you to create a vision board for your proposal and begin hiring the incredible vendor team who will help us bring it to life. We’ll be there every step of the way to answer any questions you may have, and we will create a detailed proposal timeline so everyone is on the same page. On the day, our team will be there to guide your vendors and assist you with anything you may need. All you will have to do is pop the question!

Do I have to book a proposal package, or can you build me something custom?

We can absolutely create a custom proposal package for you with any elements, surprises, or ideas you may wish to include. We can’t wait to hear what you have in mind!
