The Loews Portofino Bay Hotel is one of our favorite Orlando wedding venues! Lina and Michael chose this fabulous resort at Universal Studios Orlando as the venue for their early March wedding. The soft pastel color palette they chose worked beautifully with the venue as well as the transitioning seasons.
We loved that this happy couple chose to include some of their family’s most honored wedding traditions in their celebration. Lina walked down the aisle in a stunning white wedding dress and then changed into an equally spectacular red cheongsam for the Chinese tea ceremony held during the reception. The tea ceremony was so sweet and meaningful. What a wonderful way to embrace their new union!

The Just Marry! Team greatly enjoyed working with Lina and Michael on their big day! Here is what their Just Marry! wedding planner shared about their wedding:
“Lina and Michael were such a lovely couple! Married under the arbor on the majestic Villa Piazza Lawn, the couple was celebrated with rose petals as they walked down the aisle as husband and wife. It was such a beautiful start to their marriage! The floral provided by Fairbanks Florist was phenomenal! Pin spots by Soundwave Entertainment on each of the tables featured the floral to perfection.
The couple began their reception with their first dance. Later in the evening, Lina and her dad surprised all of their guests with a choreographed dance to a mash-up of songs. It was a dance I will never forget!
As guests enjoyed a multiple course meal from Hao Wah Restaurant, Lina and Michael took part in a traditional tea ceremony. At the end of the evening, Michael and Lina’s loved ones lit up the way for them with sparklers as they exited from the ballroom – the perfect picture moment! It was so lovely getting to take part in their special day, and I wish them lots of love and happiness!”
