THE LOW-DOWN
Local Orlando couple Maria and Oscar accented their dusty blue wedding theme with lovely touches of lilac. It made their early October wedding at the Omni Orlando Resort – Championsgate really stand out as one of our fall favorites! Theirs was an especially festive day because their initial wedding plans were interrupted by COVID-19. We were so excited to finally get to partner with them on their wedding day to bring all of their plans together!
Maria was such a stunning bride. We loved her classic satin off the shoulder wedding dress and her elegant beaded Badgley Mischka wedding shoes. She looked like a princess on her handsome groom’s arm!
There were many fun ways Maria and Oscar chose to bring out their dusty blue wedding theme. Some of our favorite elements were the crushed dusty blue velvet napkins and table linens and the dusty blue macarons. Such wonderful touches!
And their guests were delighted to be a part of the happy couple’s big day. They danced the night away, spent time with the fun props in their 360-degree photo booth, and held the sparklers for Maria and Oscar’s grand exit.

Favorite detail
Oscar and Maria gave a welcome toast at their reception, and it was so heartfelt and beautiful! They postponed their wedding from 2020, so it was so special to them to have all of their family and friends come together and celebrate. Oscar told the story about how he and Maria got engaged, and everyone loved hearing all of those fun details!

Most surprising moment
The guests participated in a Hora Loca dance during the reception, and every single person got on their feet and on the dance floor! It was so fun to see all of Maria and Oscar’s loved ones having the time of their lives on the dance floor and surrounding the couple in so much love and excitement.

Fave part of the planning process with the clients
Maria was so organized and on top of every detail. It truly made my job so much easier! She even had all of her décor items organized and labeled. She was truly so well put together!

A unique element I loved
Maria and Oscar had a 360 photo booth at their reception, and it was quite a hit! Everyone was using it all night long. They will have such fun special memories to share!
