Disney Themed Wedding | Brianne and Jeffery at the WDW Swan and Dolphin
Brianne and Jeffery planned a Disney themed wedding that took place at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort last December. This happy couple traveled to Orlando from our neighbor to the north, Canada, for their destination wedding. We were so delighted to be a part of their big day!
We loved Brianne and Jeffery’s wedding color scheme of ivory, red, and gold. The colors reflected the approaching Christmas holiday as well as paid homage to their home country’s red and white flag. It created a lovely, elegant look that wowed their guests.
The couple looked amazing too! Jeffery wore a trendy blue suit that perfectly suited their Disney themed wedding. Brianne looked like a princess in her tulle and lace wedding dress. Once she put on her faux fur-lined red cloak, she looked just like Belle from Beauty and the Beast! Paired with the Cinderella style horse and carriage, this wedding was something out of a fairy tale.

Favorite detail
Karen Donston, the bride’s mother, was my primary contact throughout the event planning. She arranged a special surprise for Brianne: a horse and carriage ride fit for a princess! Brianne immediately broke into tears when she saw it. It was just magical. She couldn’t believe the carriage was there for her! Her mom said that Brianne was always their princess, and today, more than ever, they wanted her to feel it!

Most emotional moment
The ceremony in general was incredibly emotional, as Jeffery’s father passed away just days before the wedding. They were able to honor him in a way that was uplifting and appropriate, because it was so raw they were careful not to over do it. It was the perfect balance and so respectful.

Brianne and Jeffery went with an assortment of dips and fingers foods paired with a mimosa station for their mini-reception following the ceremony. It was a huge hit!
