Alicia and Matthew chose to have a beautiful Disney micro wedding at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort in early January. This happy Indiana couple ventured to Orlando with their closest family members and friends for their intimate ceremony. It was an honor for our team to be a part of such a special day!
We thought Alicia and Matthew’s wedding color scheme of emerald green and blush pink accented with white was perfect for a winter event. The mix of soft and bold colors really popped in their wedding photos! They brought out their colors with traditional elements like their floral and wedding party attire, as well as some unique touches like Alicia’s bow on her wedding gown hangar. It was all so thoughtfully done and made their special day especially personal!

Favorite detail
Alicia’s dress was absolutely stunning! It was simple in the front but it had the most gorgeous train with so much detailing! Everyone was in awe of the gorgeous bride!

Most emotional moment
Alicia and Matthew included their 10-year-old daughter in their ceremony. They gave her a bracelet symbolic of their love for her and her priority in their lives. It was so sweet!

A nontraditional choice made by the couple
Alicia’s father had passed away, but she still had a special dance with her brother-in-law, who she is incredibly close with. It was such a touching way to honor her relationship with him!

A unique element I loved
The couple, the wedding party, and their immediate families all arrived to the Swan in a limo. The ring bearer was having SO much fun in the limo, he was so upset when they had to get out! Luckily, they got to take the limo back after the wedding too.

Fave part of the planning process with the clients
Alicia was so sweet from day one! She truly just wanted to marry the love of her life surrounded by their closest people. It was so special to see how much everyone cared for them!
