Romantic Disney Elopement | Jamie and Luke at Celebration Golf Club
New Hampshire couple Jamie and Luke chose to have a romantic Disney elopement at the Celebration Golf Club this past August…but that wasn’t their initial plan! As it did for many couples, COVID-19 interrupted Jamie and Luke’s plans for a November wedding with more than fifty guests. At first, they thought they’d have to cancel their wedding. Then they made an exciting decision: they eloped and had the dream destination Disney wedding they wanted, but just the two of them!
We loved being a part of celebrating with this sweet couple. Throughout their ceremony, the focus was solely on them and their love for each other. Even the rainy weather didn’t put a damper on their day! They simply stood in the venue’s beautiful gazebo to exchange their “I Do’s.” Nothing else mattered!

The Just Marry! team so enjoyed working with Jamie and Luke on their Disney elopement at Celebration Golf Club! Here is what their Just Marry! wedding planner, Jessica, shared about their event:
- Favorite detail
Jamie and Luke were so laid back and were just so ready to be married already! When COVID-19 changed their original wedding plans, they decided to come to Orlando and elope just the two of them! They have been together for 10 years, so they were tired of waiting to be husband and wife. I thought it was such a romantic way to begin their lives together!
- Most emotional moment
Jamie was SO happy, and her smile and laugh were infectious. It was so sweet to see the twinkle in Luke’s eye every time she smiled at him.
- Most surprising moment
The couple arrived at the venue about an hour before their ceremony was supposed to start, so once all of their vendors arrived, we went ahead and got started! The ceremony was over before it was even supposed to start.
- A nontraditional choice made by the couple
There were several, actually! Jamie and Luke had no guests at their wedding, they took an Uber to the venue, and they got married under the gazebo in the rain! They were definitely nontraditional all around, and that made their day that much more memorable.
