We love seeing children in weddings, and that was a choice bride Alex and groom Sam did for their beautiful Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort wedding last February. This happy couple traveled across the pond to Orlando from England for their intimate destination wedding. Included in their wedding party were their two sweet daughters, who served as flower girls. We thought this was simply adorable, and such a nice way to include them!

Favorite detail
I absolutely loved the floral Alex and Sam selected! Their ceremony arch was decorated with blush and white floral sprays provided by Raining Roses, and the couple’s daughters, Emme and Rosie, each held corresponding memorial roses. Alex’s bridal bouquet was just as breathtaking. Everything fit together beautifully!

Wedding cake the couple selected
Alex and Sam chose a stunning wedding cake, crafted by the Swan’s pastry team! The design was called Diamonds are Forever, which included a white exterior accented by silver gems. When they cut into it, the flavor was the Classic Harmony option: white sponge cake with strawberries and white chocolate mousse. Delicious, and always a group fave!

Another detail I just had to share
Alex and Sam were a joy to work with! I loved that they chose to have an intimate destination wedding with just their closest family and friends. It made the ceremony that much more personal and special. On the wedding day, everyone could clearly see how much this couple was meant for each other. Their love story was ten years in the making, after all! It was the perfect day!
