Fun Bachelorette Party Ideas That Don’t Require Leaving Town | Shopping

People today have good reason to want some fun bachelorette party ideas they can do close to home. Whether it’s due to the ongoing pandemic or just being respectful of everyone’s budgets, planning locally is both trendy and sensible!

I’d say the perfect way to kick off any bachelorette weekend is to choose a theme to celebrate the bride-to-be! A few trending themes we’re seeing is “Final Fiesta,” “Last Rodeo,” “90s Throwback,” or “Weekend in the Woods.” On the less-involved side, decorating in the bride’s favorite color or her wedding colors is a thoughtful option, too. If you have a bachelorette party to plan, then read ahead for the ultimate bride bash!

5 FUN BACHELORETTE PARTY IDEAS

#1 – Hire a Private Chef

This is one of my favorite fun bachelorette party ideas! What’s better than sharing a meal with your favorite people? Learning how to cook a meal with your favorite people! Get creative with matching aprons and a music playlist for the occasion. You could even include a beautiful tablescape with flowers from a local florist!

#2 – Arrange a Tasting

Plan a private wine or beer tasting at a local winery or brewery in your hometown. If your town doesn’t have many options, I’d suggest hosting a tasting at home! Each guest could bring their preferred bottle of wine or some bottles of beer with an appropriate food pairing. A fun element to add is custom glasses for the I Do Crew. You could even make a game out of it and guess who brought what, making this one of the most fun bachelorette ideas on this list!

#3 – Show Your Team Spirit

Another of the most fun bachelorette party ideas out there is attending a local sporting event to support the bride-to-be’s favorite team! Wear matching jerseys or outfits in the team’s colors, make fun posters or signs announcing the upcoming nuptials, and maybe even try to get the bride’s name shared on the jumbotron or announced during the game!

#4 – Plan a Girls’ Day

Explore the town and plan a girls’ day where you do all the bride’s favorite things! Wear coordinating outfits and travel in special chartered transportation to make this an extra fun bachelorette party idea. This is also a great way to tour the neighborhood for any out-of-town bridesmaids who are along for the ride!

#5 – Visit a local attraction

Go be a kid (or a princess) for the day and visit a local tourist attraction! A local theme park, carnival, historic museum, or famous site in your town can serve as the perfect place to host a bachelorette party. Tourist attractions have so much to see and do that it basically takes out all the stress in planning, which is a big win! If you’re a planner, creating a themed itinerary is a creative way to add some extra intentionality and magic to the day. While making custom T-shirts is quite popular, wearing coordinating color outfits is just as fun and won’t break the budget!
