Wedding Ideas: 10 Projects for Under $50 Each

January 31, 2011 by Just Marry!

Greetings, on what has been a hectic morning to end a whirlwind week of events for the Just Marry! team.

As I mentioned on the last blog post, Susan appeared last week on our local CBS affiliate (WKMG) to shoot a segment about the upcoming Perfect Wedding Guide Bridal Show in Orlando. The bridal show, which was held this past Sunday, was a HUGE success for all involved!

Thank you to all of the brides-to-be who came out to see us; Susan, Jennifer, and Tahnee talked to 200+ brides! Hopefully, you signed up to receive our free ’10 Wedding Projects for Under $50 Each’ idea guide. If not, simply leave a comment on this blog or email us and we’ll be happy to pass it along!

A few quick questions for our bridal show attendees:

How many of our readers made it out to the bridal show this weekend?

How was your experience; did you find the information provided by the vendors helpful?

What was the most memorable part? See anything that ‘wowed’ you?

Was there something you would have liked to see that you didn’t?

The Just Marry! tour de force didn’t stop with the bridal show; Susan and I just returned from her live appearance on our local FOX news station (WOFL) where she talked about 2011 wedding trends and displayed some samples of the projects you’ll find on the free idea guide from the bridal show! We will post the segment as soon as we can, but in the meantime, here are some behind-the-scenes shots at the TV studios, setting up for Susan’s segment.

Susan and FOX 35 news anchor, Talitha Vickers, talk 2011 wedding trends!

Susan, in the green room, awaits her interview and preps the gorgeous floral arrangement, by Petals by Design.

Trends featured: PANTONE Colors (Honeysuckle, Peapod, and Regatta), personalized menus and place cards, a hostess basket, and custom sand ceremony set

As I mentioned, we’ll post Susan’s Fox 35 interview ASAP, but if you can’t wait to get your hands on our ’10 Projects Under $50′ idea guide, leave us a comment below and we’ll send it to you! Phew– now we can catch our breath and get back to the business of wedding planning! Can’t wait to work with you on your special day!
