Venue 1902’s rental package for a full-day wedding starts at $6,250, with seasonal pricing and flexible options available. Each celebration includes private use of the property, tables and chairs, valet parking and access to their getting-ready suites. Planning, coordination and design services are included with your venue rental package.
For ceremony only’s for 50 guests or less, these start at $2,500.
Couples may reserve their date up to 24 months in advance, with prime dates booking quickly during peak season (October–May).
For ceremony only’s for 50 guests or less, these can be reserved Monday-Wednesday year-round. For Thursdays, they can be reserved 6 months or less from the event date. During the months from June-September, dates Sunday-Friday are available upon request, 6 months or less from the event date.
Absolutely! If your desired date is available, their team can help you plan a stunning event in as little as 30-60 days.
Yes, a non-refundable retainer and signed agreement are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is broken into convenient payments.
Yes! Venue 1902 offers a seamless indoor ceremony option inside their elegant ballroom. We will work alongside their team to handle all transitions and keep your day stress-free, rain or shine.
Most couples host both ceremonies and reception on-site for convenience and guest experience. However, Venue 1902 is happy to help you with an off-site ceremony as well! The ability to customize your day is what we do best!
Venue 1902 is a full-service venue with safety and preservation in mind. Outside service vendors require prior approval. Sparkler + eco-confetti exits are welcome when managed by their staff.

For a full event day rental, yes! They provide two large, private bridal suites and a fun groom’s lounge known as The Library. All are designed for comfort, photos and pre-ceremony relaxation.
For ceremony only’s, a ready space is not included. It is recommended couples come fully dressed and prepared for the ceremony.
Absolutely! Our elopements begin at $2,500. Your Just Marry! planner would be happy to customize a package based on any services you may desire.
Venue 1902’s standard rental includes twelve consecutive hours, which covers your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Early arrival and extended time options are available for additional setup or photography.
