Weddings, no matter how simple in style, involve many moving parts. The Royal Pacific’s amazing catering team is incredibly busy managing everything that goes into the event on their end: working with us to schedule site inspections with prospective clients, fielding the space requests we send them, menu planning with our booked clients, coordinating with the resort’s award-winning chefs and banquet teams, scheduling and managing tastings, creating Banquet Event Orders, assisting us with event setups…the list goes on and on!

That’s where we come in.

Just Marry! has been the Loews Hotels’ preferred planning partner in Orlando since the Portofino Bay Hotel first opened its doors in 1999. We are a seamless member of the venue’s team, providing you with unparalleled service and dedication throughout your planning. While our catering team partners focus on their tasks, we’re there to guide you through all the other elements of your wedding planning, all while remaining in constant communication with your catering team.

From helping you build your vendor dream team and addressing all of your pressing planning questions, to coordinating your event on the big day, we’ll make sure you never have to worry that something important will go overlooked.

FAQs

The site fee to host a ceremony at the Royal Pacific Resort starts at $1,500 + a food & beverage minimum and vendor parking fees. The base site fee includes:

  • Exclusive reservation of your ceremony site for up to 50 guests.
  • Seating for your guests (outdoor garden chairs).
  • A guaranteed indoor rain backup (if needed).
  • A water refreshment station at your ceremony site.
  • Sound system with wireless microphone for your officiant
  • The services of a professional Just Marry! wedding planner to partner with you on your planning, book your package services, liaise with your vendors, and coordinate the ceremony on the big day.
  • All applicable taxes and fees.

Events may take place Monday-Friday before 3:00pm. A food & beverage minimum is required and is based on date and guest count. Vendor parking is the client’s responsibility and is to be paid directly to the hotel. Ask your Just Marry! planner for more details!

You can book just the site fee if you prefer to hire all your own wedding vendors, or partner with your experienced Just Marry! wedding planner to create the perfect wedding package. By partnering with us, we’ll make sure you have everything you’ll need to have a beautiful, stress-free wedding day! Contact us now to get started!

Typically, we can book your wedding or vow renewal 9-12 months in advance, depending on your preferred date and the size of your group.

Yes! We recommend at least one week for ceremonies and a two-month minimum for receptions, but we can absolutely handle last-minute requests (subject to space and staff availability.) Holidays and weekends are usually more difficult to accommodate without sufficient notice.

Deposit terms will be outlined in your contract with the Loews Royal Pacific Resort.

No, though it is generally more convenient and less stressful for you and your guests to be in one location on the wedding day.

Special room rates are available if you contract a room block for 10 guest rooms or more. Our team would be happy to assist you with this! Room rates vary based on availability and seasonality.

A guaranteed indoor rain backup location is included in the site fee for your Royal Pacific wedding. Rain backups are usually indoor meeting rooms or ballroom spaces. Due to Orlando’s sometimes unpredictable weather, we recommend including décor in your wedding package that will ensure your wedding look is perfect whether inside or out!

There is a food and beverage minimum required for all events booked at the Royal Pacific Resort.

The site fee accommodates up to 50 guests. For larger events, please ask your Just Marry! planner for options.

We sure do! Our Sweetheart Package is very popular for elopements, but we can customize an elopement package to include anything you envision!

If you’re hosting a wedding, yes. But don’t worry—your Just Marry! planning partner will guide you through this process! If you’re hosting a vow renewal, you don’t need a marriage license.
