Our planning partnership will begin the moment you contract with us, and we’ll be by your side to guide you along your planning path every step of the way. We’ll begin with a phone call or video call to discuss your wedding vision and your planning style, addressing any initial questions you might have. Above all, we’ll get you excited about digging into your wedding planning. We want this to be a fun and unforgettable experience for you!

We’ll assist you with booking any vendors or services you’d like, either by providing you with suggestions for ideal vendors who you can interview, hire, and contract yourself, or by booking the services and managing the vendor contracts and payments for you for an additional fee.

We’ll communicate via email, scheduled calls, and virtual meetings, including virtual planning meetings and virtual vendor appointments. We will also participate in your menu tasting (should you have one), noting down any venue-specific details confirmed during that appointment so we can be sure they’re implemented on the wedding day.

As the big day nears, we’ll work with you to complete a wedding planning worksheet, an invaluable tool that will provide us a detailed overview of your event details to ensure everything has been finalized before we begin crafting the wedding day agenda. Did you forget something? Don’t worry! We’re here to help.

We’ll collect and review the contracts for any vendors you have hired, confirm your services and event timing with your vendors, and ensure the venue receives all necessary insurance documents from your vendor team. Then we’ll create a detailed wedding day agenda that we’ll share with you and your vendor team so we’re all on the same page for your event.

And, most importantly, we’ll be there to conduct your rehearsal and manage everything on the wedding day so you can enjoy every single moment of the day we’ve spent so long planning together!
