What does a Reunion Mansions wedding cost?

Our planning services for weddings at Reunion Mansions begin at $850. Mansion rental fees vary by property and must be paid directly to the mansion’s property management company. Each mansion requires a minimum night stay to reserve it. Please reach out to our team to discuss pricing and availability.

How far in advance can I book my event?

Typically, we can book your wedding or vow renewal 9-12 months in advance, depending on your preferred date and the size of your group.

Can I book a wedding on short notice?

We are always happy to inquire about mansion availability on short notice, but it cannot be guaranteed.

Is a deposit required?

To secure the rental of the mansion for your wedding, a deposit of one night stay is required. To secure our wedding coordination services and reception food and beverage, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your ceremony. We prefer personal checks or wire transfers as payment, but also accept major credit cards.

Do I have to stay at the mansion to get married there?

Yes, you must reserve the minimum overnight stay to host your ceremony and reception on property.

What if it rains?

Each Reunion Mansion has indoor space that can serve as a backup in inclement weather. Due to Orlando’s sometimes unpredictable weather, we recommend including décor in your wedding package that will ensure your wedding look is perfect whether inside or out!

Do I have to book a reception if I just want to have a ceremony?

No. As long as you meet the minimum night stay requirement, you may host only a ceremony at Reunion Mansions.

Is there a maximum number of guests I can bring?

Most Reunion Mansions can accommodate up to 30 guests for a ceremony and reception, though a few can accommodate more. Ask our team for more details.

Will there be an area to get dressed on the day of the wedding?

Yes, we encourage our couples to utilize the gorgeous master suites at the mansions to get ready on their special day!

Do you offer elopement packages at this venue?

We sure do! Our Sweetheart Package is very popular for elopements, but we can customize an elopement package to include anything you envision!

Do we need a marriage license to get married in Florida?

If you’re hosting a wedding, yes. But don’t worry—your Just Marry! planning partner will guide you through this process! If you’re hosting a vow renewal, you don’t need a marriage license.
