These wedding planners typically assist with your post-ceremony photos and depart shortly thereafter.

Most Day-of planners begin working with their clients at least 90 days before the wedding to create a detailed agenda of the wedding day. They handle everything mentioned above, and also oversee the setup of your reception, help with reception introductions, make sure your formalities happen on time, communicate with all the vendors and catering team throughout the event, and are there for anything you may need. Some Day-of planners stay until your meal is served before departing. Others will be there through the end of the night.
