We’ll begin your Full Service Planning experience with an in-person meeting where we’ll get to know you and your planning style, create your wedding budget, and clarify any planning expectations you may have. Then we’ll schedule a second (fun!) meeting where we will dive into your event design and create a vision board filled with beautiful inspiration photos and ideas that will help us identify the vendors who best match your aesthetic.

With the planning path set, we’ll curate a hand-picked list of vendor options for you, guiding you towards trustworthy and talented vendors within your established budget. We’ll assist with scheduling meetings between you and the vendors you most prefer, reviewing any proposals they present to you, negotiating pricing or terms when needed, and helping you build your vendor dream team. Then we will manage your contracts and remind you of payment deadlines as the wedding day nears so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

Throughout your planning experience, we will communicate with you about your planning milestones, keeping you on track so no detail goes overlooked. We’ll advise you in terms of treasured traditions and wedding etiquette, answering any questions that arise along the way. We’ll be your cheerleader and your confidante, making sure you enjoy every moment of being engaged. And then we’ll orchestrate everything on the wedding day to ensure you and your future spouse have the wedding of your dreams!
