While our venue partners focus on their tasks, we’re there to guide you through all the other elements of your wedding planning, all while remaining in constant communication with our venue partners.

What does a Buena Vista Palace wedding cost?

The site fee to host an intimate ceremony at the Buena Vista Palace is $4,550. This fee includes:

Your exclusive ceremony site reservation
Seating for your guests (white padded folding chairs)
A guaranteed indoor rain backup (if needed)
A water refreshment station at your ceremony site
The services of a professional Just Marry! wedding planner to partner with you on your planning, book your package services, liaise with your vendors, and coordinate the ceremony on the big day.
All applicable taxes and fees.

Ceremonies may take place Monday-Thursday between 10:00am-3:00pm, and Friday between 9:00am-12:00pm.

You can book just the site fee if you prefer to hire all your own wedding vendors, or partner with your experienced Just Marry! wedding planner to create the perfect wedding package. How far in advance can I book my event?

Typically, we can book your wedding or vow renewal 6-9 months in advance, depending on your preferred date and the size of your group.

Can I book a wedding on short notice?

Yes! We recommend at least one week for ceremonies and a two-month minimum for receptions, but we can absolutely handle last-minute requests (subject to space and staff availability.) Holidays and weekends are usually more difficult to accommodate without sufficient notice.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance on your inclusive package will be due 45 days prior to your ceremony. We prefer wire transfers or personal checks as payment, but also accept major credit cards.

Do I have to stay at the hotel to get married there?

No, though it is generally more convenient and less stressful for you and your guests to be in one location on the wedding day.

Are there discounted room rates for guests who stay at the hotel?

Special room rates are available if you contract a room block for 10 guest rooms or more. Our team would be happy to assist you with this! Room rates vary based on availability and seasonality.

What if it rains?

A guaranteed indoor rain backup location is included in the site fee for your Buena Vista Palace wedding. Rain backups are usually indoor meeting rooms or ballroom spaces. Due to Orlando’s sometimes unpredictable weather, we recommend including décor in your wedding package that will ensure your wedding look is perfect whether inside or out!

Do I have to book a reception if I just want to have a ceremony?

No, you may host just your ceremony at the hotel, but the Buena Vista Palace offers many incredible post-ceremony and reception dining options.

Is there a maximum number of guests I can bring?

The Verandah Patio can accommodate up to 200 guests.

Will there be an area to get dressed on the day of the wedding?

Hospitality suites are not included in the ceremony site fee or ceremony packages. Couples are encouraged to book a room at the resort for a stress-free wedding day experience.

Do you offer elopement packages at this venue?

We sure do! Our Sweetheart Package is very popular for elopements, but we can customize an elopement package to include anything you envision!

Do we need a marriage license to get married in Florida?

If you’re hosting a wedding, yes. But don’t worry—your Just Marry! planning partner will guide you through this process! If you’re hosting a vow renewal, you don’t need a marriage license.
