The WDW Swan and Dolphin offers flexible site fee options ranging from $1,500 for couples hosting a ceremony with no guests to $4,500 for couples hosting a ceremony and reception.

For all ceremonies, the base site fee includes:

• Your exclusive ceremony site reservation for a minimum of two hours
• A guaranteed indoor rain backup (if needed)
• A water refreshment station at your ceremony site
• The services of a professional Just Marry! wedding planner to partner with you on your planning, book your package services, liaise with your vendors, and coordinate the ceremony on the big day.
• All applicable taxes and fees.

For ceremonies with 0 guests, the $1,695 site fee includes the base inclusions plus:

• Complimentary self-parking for up to 2 vehicles

For ceremonies with 2-10 guests, the $2,995 site fee includes the base inclusions plus:

• Seating for your guests (white padded folding chairs)
• A champagne toast for up to 10 guests
• Complimentary self-parking for up to 10 vehicles

For ceremonies with 11-20+ guests, the $3,995 site fee includes the base inclusions plus:

• Seating for your guests (white padded folding chairs)
• A Food & Beverage package for up to 20 guests
  • Please note: Additional Food & Beverage must be purchased to meet your total guest count if over 20 guests
• An additional 30 minutes for your ceremony site reservation to enjoy your post-ceremony mini reception
• Complimentary self-parking for up to 15 vehicles

For Ceremony and Reception, the starting fee is $4,695.00.

You can book just the site fee if you prefer to hire all your own wedding vendors, or partner with your experienced Just Marry! wedding planner to create the perfect wedding package. Typically, we can book your wedding or vow renewal 12 months in advance, depending on your preferred date and the size of your group.

Yes! We recommend at least one week for ceremonies and a two-month minimum for receptions, but we can absolutely handle last-minute requests (subject to space and staff availability.) Holidays and weekends are usually more difficult to accommodate without sufficient notice.

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance on your inclusive package will be due 45 days prior to your ceremony. We prefer wire transfers or personal checks as payment, but also accept major credit cards.

No, though it is generally more convenient and less stressful for you and your guests to be in one location on the wedding day.

Special room rates are available if you contract a room block for 10 guest rooms or more. Our team would be happy to assist you with this! Room rates vary based on availability and seasonality.

A guaranteed indoor rain backup location is included in the site fee for your WDW Swan and Dolphin wedding. Rain backups are usually indoor meeting rooms or ballroom spaces. Due to Orlando’s sometimes unpredictable weather, we recommend including décor in your wedding package that will ensure your wedding look is perfect whether inside or out!

There is no limit to the number of guests you can have. Most ceremony spaces at the WDW Swan and Dolphin and the WDW Swan Reserve can accommodate weddings with up to 150 guests, though larger weddings can also be accommodated in ballroom spaces. Please note that for ceremonies with more than 20 guests, you will be required to add additional Food & Beverage for each additional guest. We’re happy to assist you with this!

Absolutely! Additional parking vouchers may be added to any package prior to the event date for an additional fee.

Hospitality suites are not included in the ceremony site fee or ceremony packages. Couples are encouraged to book a room at the resort for a stress-free wedding day experience.

We sure do! Our Sweetheart Package is very popular for elopements, but we can customize a Disney elopement package to include anything you envision!

If you’re hosting a wedding, yes. But don’t worry—your Just Marry! planning partner will guide you through this process! If you’re hosting a vow renewal, you don’t need a marriage license.
