This weekend, the Just Marry! team of wedding planners, coordinators and assistants were running Orlando around between eight different weddings! Here is a sneak peek at some of the details shots taken. (Please excuse some of the clarity of photos. Most were taken on our planners’ phones while on the run!)
Faye Novick was the planner for the wedding of Susmitha and Ashish, who were married at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress.
From Ashish’s royal horse entrance, while his family danced around during the Baraat, to the intimate traditional ceremony elements that Susmitha and Ashish shared together, this wedding was nothing short of exquisite!
Our planners were also at the WDW Swan and Dolphin Resort this weekend.
A big congratulation to both couples Jessica and Christopher (above, with Just Marry! Wedding Coordinator, Lauren) and Amanda and Nicholas (below)!
Just Marry! Wedding Planner, Diana Stylianou, shares what it was like to coordinate her first Indian wedding!
“Coordinating my first traditional Indian wedding was an amazing experience. I had a wonderful group of ladies – my bride and her sisters – with whom I was able to sit down and go over every detail, minute by minute. This experience helped me learn so much about Indian culture and the different traditions that occur before, during, and after the ceremony.
Starting with the Baraat (when the groom’s family dances and ends up meeting with the bride’s family for a ceremony between the bride’s mother and the groom) an Indian wedding immediately begins as this incredible joyous celebration! At the wedding I coordinated, the happiness amongst the family and friends was apparent during the entire celebration of marriage.
The ceremony truly reflected the meaning of love, marriage and two hearts becoming one. The different ceremonies uniting the families was remarkable…the hotel staff was intrigued, as well as the guests at the hotel. It was as though they all wanted to join in. This wedding could not have gone so well without the help of our Just Marry! team, the staff of the Hyatt Grand Cypress and all the other vendors involved.” – Diana Stylianou, Just Marry! Wedding Planner
